Dried Dragon Fruit Slices capture the eye-catching magenta flesh and subtle kiwi-pear flavour of ripe white-fleshed dragon fruit. Whole fruits are peeled, sliced and gently hot-air dried below 55 °C to just 8 % moisture, locking in colour, fibre and light tropical sweetness while extending shelf life for healthy snacking, muesli blends and bakery décor.
