1. Eligibility & Conditions

As a supplier of industrial botanical extracts, we maintain strict quality control. Products are returnable only if they are unopened, unused, and in original factory packaging with all seals intact.

  • Bulk Orders: Purchases made at bulk pricing or customized wholesale rates are final sale and non-returnable unless the product is proven defective via lab analysis.

  • Tampered Items: Any item that has been opened or where the vacuum seal is broken is ineligible for return due to safety and contamination protocols.

  • Perishables: Goods requiring specific climate control that spoil due to improper storage after delivery do not qualify for a refund.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Claims

To process any claim for transit damage, tampering, leakage, or shortage, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of first opening. The video must show:

  1. The outer carton with the shipping label clearly visible.

  2. The opening of the sealed carton.

  3. The inner container/pouch showing top and bottom seals.

  4. The specific issue/damage found.

Claims without this video evidence will be rejected. Submit clips to hello@herbuno.com within 24 hours of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return (RMA)

To initiate a return, email hello@herbuno.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be refused at our fulfillment center.

4. Shipping the Return

Return shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be packed securely; parcels arriving damaged will not be refunded. You must provide a tracking number immediately upon dispatch.

5. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item:

  • A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the product purchase price.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled.
