1 Eligibility
Products are returnable only if they are unopened, unused, and packed in their original, undamaged boxes with labels intact. Items that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. Purchases made at bulk or promotional pricing are non-returnable. Perishable goods that spoil due to improper storage after delivery do not qualify for refund.
To process any claim for transit damage, tampering, leakage, or shortage, you must record one continuous, unedited unboxing video at first opening showing (i) the outer carton with shipping label, (ii) opening of the sealed carton, (iii) the inner pouch/container with top and bottom seals, and (iv) the specific issue found. The video must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery and you must retain all packaging and contents for 7 days for possible carrier inspection. Claims filed without this first-open video may be limited to return-for-inspection or may be ineligible for no-cost replacement/refund at our discretion. This requirement helps us meet carrier evidence rules and resolve your claim fast.
2 How to request a Return Number (RMA)
To initiate a return, email hello@herbuno.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with a Return Number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns received without our Return Number cannot be processed.
3 Shipping the return
Return shipping charges and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Pack the product securely so it is not damaged in transit; parcels that arrive damaged will be refused. Clearly label the package with “Gausyn Global LLP, A4-206 Unitech, Sector 117, Noida 201304, India,” along with your name, order number, and phone number, and email us the courier name and tracking number after dispatch.
4 Refunds & exchanges
After we inspect and approve the returned product, we will refund the purchase price—excluding original shipping and handling—to your original payment method within 15 working days. Alternatively, we can exchange the item; outbound postage for the replacement is payable by the customer. Credit-card refunds may take up to 15 working days to appear, while debit-card refunds may take up to 30 working days.
5 Order cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@herbuno.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
