An on-ground network of 20+ processing units across India's agricultural belts, each aligned to our Clean-Label Charter — no added sugar, sulphites, or synthetic colours. Backed by a cGMP-standard fulfilment hub in Noida with export-grade handling.
Certify
Every lot is tested for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbiology, and a Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment. In-house analysis is standard on each batch; independent third-party lab testing (ISO/IEC 17025) is available on request. Batches release only after identity, actives, micro, and heavy-metal checks to market-specific limits.
Deliver
Located near Delhi's IGI Airport, we dispatch orders up to 250kg by express air within 72 hours — plus sea freight via Nhava Sheva and Mundra. Standard export documentation includes CoA, MSDS, TDS, and US FDA prior notice, filed as standard on every US shipment. Phytosanitary certificates are arranged on request where a market requires them.

Who holds the certifications?
Herbuno holds FSSAI registration and operates from an FDA-registered facility. Processing partners add cGMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 — and USDA Organic, Halal, or Kosher on request, depending on the product and facility.
How is my batch tested, and can I see the results?
In-house analysis is standard on every batch, covering identity, actives, microbiology, and heavy metals, and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with your order. Where you need it, independent third-party testing through an ISO/IEC 17025 lab is available on request.
Where does it actually come from?
From a named network of 20+ processing units across India's agricultural belts, consolidated through our Noida hub. Every lot is traceable from farm lot to finished pack.
What documentation comes with an export order?
CoA, MSDS, TDS, and US FDA prior notice come as standard — prior notice is filed on every US shipment, since it's mandatory to import at all. Phytosanitary certificates are arranged on request where the destination market requires them, quoted separately, and something we're glad to handle on bulk orders.
