We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authorities before placing an order to ensure your selected items and quantities can be legally imported without additional permits or prescriptions.

If your package is refused—either by you or by your country’s customs authorities—any return shipping fees or charges imposed by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders that are abandoned due to customs issues, lack of required documentation (such as import permits or prescriptions), refusal to pay duties or taxes, or bans imposed by your country will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Import duties, VAT/GST and any carrier clearance fees are payable by the consignee on delivery, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How to Track Your Order?

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • Use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your order.
  • If you don’t receive your package within 7 to 12 working days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@herbuno.com with your order details, and we’ll investigate.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
